First Things First
Search Microchip Number & Contact Owner
Once your account has been created, you will be given access to our Microchip Lookup tool which will look similar to the one below. From here you can search for any microchip number that we have in our database and see the registered ownership details, Breeders Details & Implanters Details
To check ownership Details, please enter the 15-digit Microchip Number

Once you have searched for a chip number you will see the Ownership Information subject to us holding their data. We will also provide you with details of the Implanter/Breeder should you want to make further inquiries.
Our system requires you to leave a note on the search record on the reasons why you conducted a search. This is for GDPR purposes and to ensure the Lookup tool is not being abused.

Rehoming Animals In Your Care
When the time comes to rehome the animal with a new owner, you can do this via your account.
Head to the SELL PET Section HERE
Click the green Arrow ➔
Enter the new owners Name, Email & Mobile Number
Click Submit
Once you have done this, the new owner will receive an email inviting them to create an account and complete their registration. All they need to do is follow the steps in the email, complete the registration form, and once done, their details will be registered against the Microchip.
They can find out how to manually register the Microchip by clicking HERE

Aftercare
Any animals that have been in your care will always remain on your account under REPORTS. From here you will be able to see the registered owner details and the current status of the animal.
We have done this so welfare organizations can keep track of the animals they have rehomed as some like to keep in contact with the new owners for a period of time or in the event that the animal is ever reported lost/stolen again, the rescue centre can also be contacted.
