You can create an account for your pet by registering and signing up HERE

If you have recently bought your pet, the seller should have provided you with a Microchipping Card like the one below. This will contain a 15-digit microchip number and it's this number that we need to register your pet on the National Database. In some instances, the seller of your pet may have already registered your details with us and you should have been sent an email to create your account if they have done so. If you do not know the microchip number and the seller has not registered your details, please visit your local vet who will be able to scan the chip and provide you with the microchip number.

If the seller of your pet has already registered your details, your information and the pet's information will be shown to you when you enter your chip number. You can update your pet's details and add an image of them here.

Once you have entered your details and your pet's information, you can select the Lifetime membership option which suits you.

All of our memberships are a one-time payment and is valid for the lifetime of your pet. Once you have selected the plan that suits you, enter your card details and click register.

A receipt will be sent to your email address, and you will be taken to your dashboard.

From here, you can see the history of your pet's microchip, download the certificate of ownership, rehome your pet or update the status in the event they are ever lost or have been stolen.

Step 1 - Sign Up - Enter Your Personal Information

Step 2 - Complete Pets Profile

Step 3 - Select Payment Option

Step 4 - Click Register

Once you have registered your account you will automatically logged in. Form here you can further customise your pets profile by adding your vets details, more images or store documents to your account.
