Breeders - Transfer of Ownership

This guide is for breeders who have had animals Microchipped with Animaldata and want to remove the Microchip from their account and register this to the new pet owners.

If you have had a litter chipped with Animaldata your Implanter should have pre-registered your details by following their process which can be found HERE

Check your inbox for an email from us, inviting you to create a password on your account. 

Once you have created an account, login HERE

Once you logs into your account, you will see the recent Implants that you have had done and any previous ones you may have had.

From here You can remove the microchip out of your name in the event you have sold the pet by clicking on the green arrowed action button

To Remove Microchips from your name and to the new Pet Owners, you will be required to inform us by clicking on "TRANSFER"

The only information you require is the new keeper, name, Email & contact number. All details have to be accurate to complete the registration as our system will check the details before approving the request. 

Once you have informed us that you have sold the pet to a new owner, the Microchip will instantly be removed from your name as the registered keeper. You can see this has been done as the status will change to SOLD. 

From here, the Pets Owner will recieve an email inviting them to complete their registration by visting our website. 

If you have made any mistakes on the details of the pet, you can edit this untill the Pets owner completes their registration. 

Breeders - Keeping a Animal

If you want to retain one or more of the pups from the litter, you can do this via your "REHOME" 

When clicking on TRANSFER, you will be given the option to transfer the pet to yourself, like the image below

Once you click ME the animal will automatically be added to your account.
